In each episode of this engaging reality series, Yogi Cam takes on a new client challenged by a health issue. Using Ayurveda, a 5,000 year-old-system of medicine and healing, Yogi gets to the root of their problem and on the road to wellness.
Yogi Cameron left the world of high fashion in 1998 to seek the higher path available to all of us. He began his ongoing studies in Ayurveda at Arsha Yoga Vidya Peetam Trust in India under the guidance of his guru Sri Vasudevan after training at the Integral Yoga Institute in New York City and Yogaville of Sri Satchidananda. Since then, Yogi Cameron has worked with individuals throughout the world to provide them with these ancient methods to live healthier, greener, more spiritually-minded lives in accordance with the Ayurvedic and yogic path. Using a combination of treatments, meditation, herbal remedies and diet guidance, Yogi Cameron helps treat specific conditions and set his clients on a path to greater mental, physical, and spiritual health. Wednesday, May 28 - Ayurveda 101: Abigail has recovered from a painful skin disorder, but she needs Yogi Cameron’s help getting her life back in order. He teaches Abigail Ayurveda 101, which includes a new morning routine, yoga, walking, healthy cooking, healing herbs and the discipline it takes to stick to it all.
Thursday, May 29 – Rheumatoid Arthritis: Debbie’s rheumatoid arthritis is preventing her from being the mother she wants to be – and Yogi Cameron is her last hope.
